Making therapy accessible and flexible
I currently work in a virtual environment and appointments are held via a secure meeting space in zoom. I would ask that ahead of your sessions you make sure you are in a private quiet space, where you have complete confidentiality and feel comfortable. I feel that comfort and relaxation can be helpful to your therapeutic process by working in a space you feel most comfortable in. For our appointments you will be sent your own personal meeting room link, working in this way is best done on a laptop or desktop computer but can be done via mobile phone too.

By working virtually, I am happy to welcome clients from all over the UK and beyond. I can offer appointments to suit your schedule, whether this is early morning, lunch hours, evenings and weekends. Therapy shouldn't be something you find difficult to fit into your life and I would like to help you find a way to make therapy a regular part of your self-care routine.
